Comment on Case Preview: R v Hilton (Northern Ireland) by Rona Epstein Thu, 02 Jul 2020 10:44:11 +0000 Ms Hilton must have dependent children or she would not have been able to obtain benefits.

Where is the mention of the Article 8 rights of the child?

Surely the rights of the children should be mentioned in this report?

Comment on In the Supreme Court W/C 15 June 2020 by Sally Ramage Tue, 16 Jun 2020 19:09:19 +0000 Dear UKSC Admin,

Comment on Farewell to one of our founding UKSC Blog editors, Anthony Fairclough by Oliver Gayner Fri, 01 May 2020 20:34:45 +0000 Best wishes Anthony on your UKSCB retirement. The Blog is a remarkable achievement and I well recall the time and effort it took to get the project off the ground twelve years ago. You set a high bar for other editors to follow! Good luck in your new challenges whatever they may be.
Best regards Oliver

Comment on Supreme Court’s third Annual Report and Accounts published by PAT Finance Tue, 14 Apr 2020 20:29:50 +0000 A broad analysis of the court’s incoming pipeline of cases where permission to appeal has been granted this year suggests an increasing number relating to extradition and employment law, and fewer cases involving immigration or planning matters.
